Sculptures may require additional processing time prior to shipment due to their specialized nature. Shipping timelines for these items may exceed those of standard products. By purchasing a sculpture, you acknowledge and accept that delivery may take longer than typical orders.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, which will be provided upon request. Please note that failure to request expedited shipping promptly may result in the order being processed under standard shipping terms.

We ship to P.O. Boxes.

We offer international shipping to select countries including Canada, Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, and New Zealand. However, please note that due to current VAT restrictions, shipments to the United Kingdom are not available at this time. All international customers are responsible to any import taxes and fees that may apply.

Any order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

We strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of USPS delivery confirmation. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with shipping the item back to our facility for returns or exchanges. A refund will be provided once the item has been received.

In the event of a defective item, not caused by the customer or shipping company, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Photo evidence of the defective item will be required for our assessment and decision on the replacement. Customer may be required to return the defective item to receive the refund, but shipping costs will be covered.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping, as this is beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item, we may provide a replacement free of charge, however, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

SCULPTURE PURCHASES

If you purchase a sculpture, you may cancel your order prior to shipment per our cancellation policy. However, once the sculpture has shipped, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns on sculptures under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

In the event that a sculpture arrives damaged, please email aceofclayorders@gmail.com within 1-3 days after delivery to discuss a tailored resolution. Photo evidence of the damaged sculpture and shipping box will be required. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate course of action.

All U.S. orders placed on or before December 18 are guaranteed to arrive by December 25, provided there are no unforeseen delays caused by the carrier or other circumstances beyond our control.
