SCULPT WITH ACE OF CLAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions govern the participation in Sculpting Workshops provided by Ace of Clay LLC. By enrolling in these workshops, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined herein.

1. Eligibility: Sculpting workshops are open to artists and aspiring artists aged 13 and above. Participation is subject to the fulfillment of this age requirement.

2. Ticket Purchase: Each participant must acquire an individual ticket to secure a place in the chosen workshop. Ticket purchase is mandatory for participation.

3. Refund Policy: Once a ticket is purchased, refunds will not be issued unless a workshop is canceled. Participants are obligated to attend the selected course as confirmed during the ticket purchase process.

4. Workshop Changes: Requests for switching workshops will be considered based on availability. Ace of Clay LLC reserves the right to accommodate such requests at its discretion.

5. Accompaniment and Age Restrictions: Unaccompanied children and individuals under the age of 13 are not permitted to attend these workshops. Separate workshops tailored for children's sculpting may be introduced in the future.
